Kate Gosselin apparently lied about twin’s school expulsion

[HMG Celebrity News] – In a revelation that could do as much damage to her future career as her kids allegedly did to their peers, it’s been reported that Kate Gosselin lied when she said her two children, Alexis and Collin were not expelled from their school.

Sources at the exclusive Pennsylvania private school say the Gosselin twins physically attacked an adult on two different occasions and were also abusive to several classmates. So the school’s administrators had to remove them. They were expelled.

But in an interview on ‘Entertainment Tonight’ late last month Kate told a quite different tale.

“Let’s set the record straight,” asked the host. “Two of them rumored to have been kicked out of school. Is that true?”

“No,” came Kate’s response. “Two of my children are being tutored at home.”

But a source close to the school told Radar the truth;

“Both Jon and Kate got a letter from the head of school insisting the children enroll in another program. So it’s clear that Kate did not tell the truth.”

And the decision to kick them out was not taken lightly – these teachers sound like heroes;

“Both Alexis and Colin received three weeks of treatment to focus their behavior,” the source reveals. “While the teacher had some success, it was apparent they needed intensive assistance. The demand on the teachers – and the impact on other kids – was too great.”

And their expulsion, plus Kate’s bare-faced denial has added strain to the already uneasy connection between her and ex-husband, Jon.

“Alexis and Collin could go to a public school but they’d be harassed,” says another insider. “They need to be at their private school. Or they could be at the school with the other kids. They can’t just be tutored at home. Jon and his girlfriend Ellen take them to parks and tell them to go and make friends, because they need to develop social skills.”

And a friend of the former couple says the constant exposure to press and attention induced by their mother has already left the entire Gosselin group with emotional scars.

“Collin actually covered his face when he was having his school photograph taken because he thought he shouldn’t be photographed,” said the source. “Kate needs to get on the same page as Jon – he doesn’t want the kids to have these pressures, because they both need to live with their decision to do the show in the first place.”

And it looks like that choice has now come back to haunt them.

What’s your view, guys – would you send them back to this school, or the one with their brothers and sisters? And what should be done about Kate?…
