Christina Aguilera ‘Burlesque’ premiere exposes possible surgery scars
[HMG Celebrity News] – Fans have often speculated whether Christina Aguilera has had plastic surgery, but a recent appearance in Japan to promote her new film, ‘Burlesque’ seems to have settled the question.
As the singer – who turns 30 a week from Saturday – waved to fans at the gig, a small scar could clearly be seen under her arm. And that’s got her fans talking.
Experts tell the Mail the scar could be caused by a procedure known as a ‘Transaxillary Endoscopic Breast Augmentation’ – where the implants are inserted through a small incision in the armpit. This is done so celebs can hide the fact they even had the work done.
Christina, however, made no mention of the scar and was all about her movie when she spoke to reporters. She was concerned, so she said, by the double jeopardy of having to sing and dance on the screen.
“I was scared of being out there with professional dancers,” Aguilera confided at a press junket just before film’s Tokyo premiere. “It’s harder than it looks. After dancing for 17 or 18 hours every day, your feet are just bruises and calluses.”
But the film’s director, Steven Antin had no doubts that Christina could handle the stress;
“Christina has an innate acting ability,’ he said. ‘She had reservations, but I believed she could do it. I watched her do it every day, and that was a great relief.”
But while that picture seems bound for success, others are causing Christina some grief. New photos have surfaced of her and boyfriend Matt Rutler – And they were taken before her divorce was announced. Then we have the semi-nude shots that were apparently ‘stolen.’
It’s not known when the photos were taken but they show Christina wearing pasties, a few strands of jewel-covered fabric and nothing else. And her rep is now having a fit.
“The photos of Christina Aguilera being leaked to the press were illegally obtained by a hacker who tapped into Christina’s personal stylist’s account,” says the flunkie. “They were taken at her home and were used in a personal exchange between her and the stylist.”
Skipping over the permutations of why exactly one woman needs to send another woman who just chooses her clothes racy photos of what fits inside them, we rejoin the rep in full-flow;
“We are attempting to determine the identity of the hackers and will pursue them aggressively,” fumes the underpaid aide. “Their conduct is reprehensible.”
So that’s where we’re at now – While her movie seems bound for success despite mixed reviews, these pictures could cause her some trouble.
We’ll keep you updated on how things develop, but what’s your view on this apparent theft?…
