Kate Gosselin kids ‘doing better’ after expulsion
[HMG Celebrity News] – You might remember the upset when two of Kate Gosselin’s children were expelled from a private Pennsylvania school. Well, Momma Gosselin says life for the rug-rats is now greatly improved;
The two children, Collin and Alexis, both aged 6, were expelled early this month after “fighting with other students, calling them names and making fun of the other kids,” according to sources close to the brood.
But they’re now ‘doing a lot better,’ so we’re assured.
“They’re happier now they’re receiving more attention to meet their needs,” an insider tells Radar.
Not surprisingly Kate is keen to agree;
“Two of my children are being tutored at home, doing the identical curriculum,” she’s told reporters. “The pressure was getting to them, but the goal is to get them back into school as soon as possible.”
And this isn’t even Momma G’s first brush with suspension – One of the sextuplets was also suspended for hitting a classmate.
Naturally, Kate says this anti-social behavior can be traced back to Jon and their ugly divorce. But she says the brood are coping with that ‘as well as can be expected.’ She even has them in counseling.
“Both Collin and Alexis are happier now they’re spending more time with their mother,” says a snitch. “The other kids are doing fine as well, despite not going to school with Collin and Alexis.”
Kate’s plan, so we’re told, is to celebrate Thanksgiving with all eight children at the home she once shared with Jon. Then Jon gets his chance to have Turkey-times-eight on the following day.
“Although the holidays can be stressful Jon and Kate are working to share time with all the kids at Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year,” the insider shares.
But now the bad news: Kate has also confirmed she plans to go on doing ‘Kate Plus 8.’
“My kids would fall apart if we didn’t,” she told reporters.
Yeah, right..
