Tony Parker files for divorce from Eva Longoria? Update (Probably Not True)

(HMG Celebrity News) – They have admittedly had their ups and downs and now it seems it might be over.  TMZ is reporting that Tony Parker has filed for divorce from Eva Longoria, after 3+ years of marriage.   The “Desperate Housewives” actress and the San Antonio Spurs star got engaged in November 2006, and married in Paris, back in July of 2007.  Speculation on what may have caused the divorce is sure to come in droves but for now the two parties have not issued a statement on their own behalf yet.  Eva was set to appear on Anderson Cooper CNN Heroes of 2010 television special this Saturday, but has canceled her appearance.

Update: Eva Longoria is calling BS on TMZ’s story and says Tony did not file nor does he even have a divorce lawyer. TMZ seems to now be backing down on their claim, saying they never actually saw the documents, but were told by two clerks at the Bexar County Courthouse in Texas that the case was filed and sealed by a family law judge.
