LeAnn Rimes Ex-Husband Dean Sheremet is Engaged

(HMG Celebrity News) – A week after his wife’s own supposed engagement,  Dean Sheremet has a new fiancé, photographer Sarah Silver, a source confirms to PEOPLE.  Sheremet proposed to Silver slightly more than a year after he and LeAnn Rimes separated after seven years of marriage.  Sheremet is a chef at Manhattan’s Nobu 57 and pens his own food blog.

And Rimes’s reaction?

“Congrats to @deansheremet and @sarah_silver on your engagement!,” the Grammy winner, 28, Tweeted Saturday. “A little birdie told me the happy news last night. Wishes for a life full of happiness.”

To those who might doubt her sincerity, Rimes adds: “my congrats is from my heart. Sorry if you don’t understand it. I do not need the publicity, I get plenty. please stop passing [judgment].”

Rimes has denied she is engaged yet to Eddie Cibrian.
