Justin Bieber injured at Cleveland concert
[HMG Celebrity News] – In news that may leave his legions of fans in an emotional maelstrom, Justin Bieber was injured at a concert last night.
More than 10,000 fans squeezed into Cleveland State University’s Wolstein Center on a crisp Thursday night, and at 8.45pm the roof nearly came off as their 16-year old idol took command of the stage.
‘Love Me’ was first on the musical menu, during which the Bieb danced round the stage, and even had choreographed ‘fights’ with his male dancers.
“What’s up, Cleveland?” Bieber then inquired of the throng.
The response was a primal scream you could have heard in Hawaii.
“I hope you guys are ready to have a lot of fun tonight,” Justin continued. “I have the best fans in the world. I would do anything — I mean anything – for my fans.”
“Bigger” was the next song, followed by ‘U Smile,’ which turned into a huge sing-along. “Never Let You Go” then saw him indulge his love of guitar while seated inside a giant, heart-shaped ring that glided mere inches above the awe-speckled faces of his devoted admirers.
For nearly 90-minutes the communal emotion in the room swayed between spellbound and vocal. But by the end of the concert the effort had taken its toll — the young singer was noticeably limping.
Justin later told his reps he felt the pain start mid-way through the show, but kept going to the finale to avoid disappointing his fans. Sources close to the singer tell TMZ they’ve got now everything crossed that it’s just a bad sprain.
Doctors have since been alerted, and Justin’s people will know more about how serious the injury may or may not be today.
