Jon Gosselin in fresh stew with both Kate and Court
[HMG Celebrity News] – Since Jon and Kate Gosselin’s messy break-up and noisy divorce, Jon has been almost invisible. But his appearance on Twitter on Friday could cause him some more trouble.
Last week Jon petitioned the court to stop his eight children from doing any more shows, claiming they were suffering emotional and behavioral problems. The Judge turned him down and told Jon not to discuss the decision…So Jon got right on Twitter;
“I went to court to act in the best interests of my children – to remove them from television,” he chirped. “I honor the judge’s decision, but I do not support it. I will not stop fighting…It is not a child’s job to support themselves, or a lifestyle – they need to be kids.”
Now Kate’s lawyer, Mark Momjian says Jon should have kept his big Tweeter shut:
“He decided to Tweet on a legal proceeding when a court was clear it didn’t want it discussed,” he muses. “Ms. Gosselin is going to adhere to the court’s request to keep this matter private.”
And Jon’s careless talk may give Kate new cause to haunt him;
“Kate is going to consult about the tweet and respond through the court,” Momjian told Radar. “We think this is a violation of the order. Ms. Gosselin has followed the directive and we’ll have to work with the court to address the claims.”
And this is not even Jon’s first mental error — He once banned TLC from filming the rug-rats, then allowed it again once they dropped the lawsuit. He also said then that TV was bad for them…then allowed it, then tried to get custody, and finally accused Kate of being a bad mom for appearing on ‘DWTS.’
Sources now say that, while Kate is earning money from her TLC specials and other shows, Jon is in dire straits. His TLC contract bans him from any new TV work and he can’t find other jobs.
“I have been focusing on spending time with my children and providing a safe, stable, normal environment for them,” he’s recently quoted as saying.
So there it is, guys — Kate’s on a roll, and Jon’s close to welfare. Whose side are you in this spat?…
Hmmm, getting more plastic surgery Kate? You are about as transparent as your plastic surgery. You call in photo ops for Target, Fed-Ex, and Whole Foods (more than an hour away), filling your gas tank, yet all of a sudden are MIA. Or maybe you just bought an electric car and no longer need to be photographed filling your vehicle w/ gas. LOSER.

Jon is trying to proctect his children. Kate continues to ride off their backs instead of getting a stable job. Of course Jon is the better parent. Kate will use them as long as people watch her shows, any of them. TLC backs Kate to make money off the children too and Jon has been trying for a long time to get them off tv so they could just be kids. Hopefully someone will step in to help Jon stop Kate from using the children to support her lifestyle demands for herself. If not those kids will be forever hurt by Kate.
Keep fighting Jon!!! Yours kids always smile when they are with you, not so with their mother. She never seems to be nice to them. She always walks ahead of them, that is very odd. I have 4 children and 11 grandchildren and always thought – if you keep them in front of you, not only can you make sure they are safe but you can interact with them —– Oh what am I saying I don’t think she likes children.
Not only are Kates 15 minutes of fame over – show owes us an hour and a half !!!!!!!!
I don’t usually chime in, but anytime I have said anything negative about gloomy Kate in the past, her loyal fans like those that kept her on DWTS way past her expiration date have been all over me. Jon was a total putz the way he handled leaving Kate, so he deserved his fair share of abuse but I find Kate to be shrew and very self centered.
Jon’s not trying tp protect his kids. He’s trying to make TLC give him a TV SHOW! No one else wants his sorry a$$ on TV and he isn’t trying to get any other kind of work. Going to court was his only resort after TLC said “no dice” and Kate wouldn’t cave in to his attempts at extortion. This guy needs to get a job, and stop expecting his ex-wife (and kids) to support him. Who do you think is paying his rent and feeding him these days? His girlfriend. The only thing this loser has to offer those poor kids is a cigarette.
Kate Gosselin has made millions. She doesn’t actually have to work another day for the rest of her life. So… she doesn’t really have to start looking for a “real” job. Unlike her pathetic ex-husband.
Uh, Hot Momma, Kate KICKED Jon to the curb…told him to date as long as he was “discreet,” which he wasn’t. The divorce was HER idea, NOT his. She had already told him the marriage was over when he began dating. Why can’t anyone get the facts straight.
Peter, you are dismally misinformed and uneducated in this matter. TLC has Jon’s hands tied via contractual matters, and he is not “allowed” to work unless they approve it. You obviously know nothing about the law.
I am on JONS side.at least he is trying to help his kids.Yes he made mistakes.but so did K ate.like when the show was on.she was always putting him down.THE kids love their dad.nomatter what.when I watched the show.I seen Jon really having the kids have fun.he was a great dad.Kate is a rich woman because her kids helped her.It makes me ill to see her tanning.hair.clothes that cost a fortune.Kate no need for coupons now.it appears.Jon you are a great DAD.WE ALL make mistakes.but your kids will remember their great times with you.KATE IS LIKE A DRILL NUT.SHE IS A PHONY.PERIOD.
Kate thinks she’s a STAR. She’s not and she’s also not a good Mom. She yells, screams, a neat freak and money hungry. I’m for Jon on this one. Their kids never have a smile on their faces.
Jon is a disgusting, lazy, whinner! I hope they shut his tweeter and his new woman that is doing his dirty work for him (surprise) up. And, Kate needs to stop exposing the girls on her chest when she is playing the Mommie Role. These are very low class people.
I’ve always been on Jon’s side, despite what has happened with him. Kate treated him terrible and drove him away. Those kids are spoiled rotten, especially Mady. Kate is a greedy narsistic phoney and it’s time for her to get out of the spot-light. Does anyone have anything good to say about her? She ruined Dancing with the stars, I was so glad when she got voted off.
The Kate plus 8 show is a bore, it’s all about kids behaving badly, they look miserable!
Please keep this horrible Kate off TV, we’ve all had enough!

Jon could get a job in computer info systems. He is trying to set himself up so that Kate will have to support him. That was the problem in the first place – Jon putting Kate in the position to parent him, and getting his kids to support him. He will always be looking for someone to take care of him.
