Angeline Jolie got high before PBS show, ex-dealer claims

[HMG Celebrity News] – Many stars become targets for people who need attention and Angeline Jolie is no exception. Her alleged former drug dealer, Franklin Meyer now claims Angie was high on cocaine during an interview with Charlie Rose.

Meyer says he first met the Hollywood icon in 1997, when she and a male friend [not Brad] bought drugs from him at New York’s Chelsea Hotel. And she was soon a regular client;

“She’d spend about $100 a time – that would buy maybe half a gram of coke and a tenth of heroin,” he tells L&S. “She’d snort them in front of me. It didn’t seem to matter who else was there.”

At other times Angie would invite Franklin to her apartment at the Ansonia building on New York’s Upper West Side and the pair would do more drugs. But the décor creeped him out;

“The walls were covered with photos of dead bodies,” Franklin tells the scribes. “They showed places or apartments where there were murders….I don’t know where someone would get pictures like that??”

But their meeting on January 14th of 200 was one Franklin really remembers;

“I was filming her and she’d taken coke,” Meyer recalls. “She then went directly to ‘The Charlie Rose Show.’”

And his story seems to hold water — The then 24-year old Angelina was promoting her movie ‘Girl, Interrupted,’ and as you’ll see in the video she seems spaced-out and shy and stumbles over her words. She’s also very fidgety — which addicts often are while on a trip.

But Angelina didn’t go home and sleep off the effects. According to Franklin she needed a chaser.

“She did the show, then came back over,” he says.
