Gavin Rossdale Says He Regrets Opening Up To Gay Affair

Gwen Stafani and Gavin RossdaleGavin Rossdale of the band Bush, and husband of superstar Gwen Stefani, has admitted that he regrets confirming his homosexual affair with 80′s pop singer Marilyn.  Boy George first wrote about Rossdale and Marilyn in his 1995 book, “Take It Like a Man,” but most doubted the Culture Club singer back then.

And Marilyn, or as he is known by his birth certificate Peter Robinson, originally denied the affair with the then 17-year-old Rossdale, because when the story came out Rossdale’s band, Bush, was “just becoming successful in America”.  But eventually he said that there had been a period of five years where the two were involved off and on, and that he had lied as his former-lover’s pleading.

Rossdale denies this, saying that it was a one-time experimentation. He also says that he wishes he had never given the interview to Details magazine, as he then had to fess up to his wife.

“Gwen didn’t know that Gavin and Marilyn were actually involved. Gavin always said before that they were just friends, and that’s what she believed, until Gavin had to tell her,” NY Daily News quoted a source close to the couple.
I don’t see what the big deal is? So, Rossdale was sticking it to Marilyn…the boy is pretty! A lot prettier than some of his other alleged conquests, such as Courtney Love. Love says that the two were banging while he was dating Gwen, and that his now-wifey was totally cool with it.
As a friend of mine said when he heard, “Oh well…any port in a storm.”
