Lindsay Lohan supposedly will check into rehab today, but does she really get it?
(Celebrity News HMG) – While Lindsay Lohan is working hard at getting good PR, since her failed drug test for cocaine, behind the scenes it’s still the usual desperation for money. While it’s being reported Lindsay visited a homeless shelter in L.A. over the weekend, and that she will voluntarily check into rehab today, (which are both admirable), she was also quietly shopping around a photo of herself wearing her SCRAM bracelet .
“Lindsay Lohan was calling around the pap agencies all weekend trying to get $10,000 up front to pose up in the SCRAM bracelet,” says a source. “All of the major players passed, and she ended up doing the setup with a small agency.”
“She was pimping it out all weekend, looking for 10 grand, but who wants to deal with that headache?” adds the US Weekly source.
And I know it seems like I am focusing on the bad here, but I still wonder if LiLo really get’s it yet? This will be Lohan’s fifth time entering a rehab facility for substance abuse, and word is by the way that this time it might be the Betty Ford Clinic in Rancho Mirage, California, which is just outside Palm Springs. According to a RadarOnline source, “Lindsay is still in denial about being an addict and doesn’t realize this disease can kill her.” Lindsay is due back in court on October 22nd.
I would love to know what actually is going on! There are SO many different stories!!
I’m not in anyway saying that Lindsay isn’t addicted to drugs – obviously she is. But I think she is refusing to help herself because she is enjoying the media coverage she is getting. The only reason she’s remained famous is because of her addictions and wild partying – her last successful film was Mean Girls!
I don’t know, because I’ve never been, but I can’t help but think that when these celebrities go to rehab, they are treated more like royalty than your run of the mill citizen…
” I am not really sure Lindsay is capable of running her own life, but I think her parents have proven to be a big part of the problem, not the likely saviors they think they are.”
She won’t even speak to her father, so that loser is out as her conservator. As for her mother, I think she’s always seen Lindsay as a money horse, so she should be out too.
Those two adults are the prime reason why Lindsay has the problems she has, and they should not only be kept from her money, but from her person except during supervised visits.
Praying they find someone who will care and do what’s really best for Lindsay. Leaving on her own isn’t working.
