Cheryl Cole and Nicole Scherzinger ‘named’ to be US X-Factor judges
(HMG Celebrity News) – Now that American Idol has officially named it’s judges, speculation has begun on Simon Cowell’s rival talent show. Former editor of the tabloid newspaper the News of the World, Piers Morgan has told his old paper that both Nicole Scherzinger and Cheryl Cole will be judges on American X Factor next year. Morgan, best-known in the United States as a judge on the show America’s Got Talent, and as the winner of The Celebrity Apprentice, who will replace Larry King in January 2011, told the News of the World, “[Cowell] will love a couple of feisty brunettes fighting over him.” Scherzinger, lead singer of the Pussy Cat Dolls, teamed with pro Derek Hough, to become the winner of the tenth season of Dancing with the Stars. She has been filling in for former Girls Aloud star Cheryl Cole during this season’s UK X Factor auditions. Cole, a Simon Cowell discovery, is now dating Derek Hough, and has been recovering from malaria.

I doubt either one of these “brunettes” will show up on American X-Factor. If this were true, Piers would not be announcing it to world…..before his friend Simon does. This is just smokescreen and mirrors to create talk. The only “brunette” I would guess would be on AXF is Paula Abdul…..who seems to be the love of Simon’s life. Stay tuned……
Paula has got a contracted job hosting a dance competition on CBS… doubt she is going to be a judge on the X-Factor.
