Lindsay Lohan failed drug test needs to lead to some real jail time?

(HMG Celebrity News) – Well Comcast took me out of action for the last 36 hours, and now I am reading about Lindsay Lohan’s failed drug tests.  That’s plural because apparently she failed more than one.  Lindsay and her foolish mother Dina have proclaimed how her latest stint in jail was a miscarriage of justice and her only problem was that her doctors had prescribed the wrong medications. But I think finding she used cocaine in one of her failed drug tests, pretty much shows she is a big fat liar and her mother is in a state of denial bigger than Texas.   By the way, Lohan has confirmed on her Twitter page that she failed the court-ordered drug. TMZ is now talking about how this might derail her career, and how Lindsay is now relying on Judge Elden Fox to allow her to leave California to shoot “Inferno” in Louisiana and possibly fly to New York City for “Saturday Night Live.” It’s a valid point I suppose but I am wondering why Judge Elden Fox’s first order of business wouldn’t be telling Lindsay to surrender herself and report directly to jail, given this blatant violation of her probation? In July, Lohan was sentenced to three months in jail followed by three months in rehab after violating probation stemming from a pair of drug and driving under the influence cases filed after two arrests in 2007. She ended up serving only two weeks in jail and another 23 days in an inpatient rehab treatment at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, which by the way I wonder if this was on the tax payers bill?  Lindsay was released early from her probation because the doctors thought she was doing so wonderfully, which I guess might be her last great acting performance for a while. At least I hope that before Oprah or the Today Show goes and pays her a sickening amount of money to tell her out of jail story that she does some real time now, where she can dry out the old fashioned way.
