Sofia Vergara Speaks About Her Breasts, Being The “Hot Latin Girl”

(HMG) – I can’t decide if I like Sofia Vergara or not. There is no doubting that she is gorgeous, and I regularly find myself gaping every time she comes on screen. But sometimes the ‘Modern Families’ star gets on my nerves. But that doesn’t mean I can’t occasionally understand where she is coming from.

In a recent interview with Self, she spoke about her breasts, and how as a teenager she hated them.

“I wanted surgery. I told my mom, ‘As soon as I’m older, please take these boobs away.’ She said, ‘Sofia, shut up. When you’re 18, it will be different.’ ‘I was like, ‘Why would I want these huge t–s?’ I’m a 34 DD. It’s hard to dress. No matter what I wear, I look like a stripper,” Pop Eater quoted her as saying.

This kind of thinking I can understand and relate to. As an early bloomer I noticed early on that you are treated differently, especially by older guys, when you have breasts. But it is uncomfortable because you don’t know how to handle it, how to react, and you start to resent it. So, right on, Sofia.

But then she continues about how she knows that they have helped her launch her career, and that she loves it. I don’t know why, but this kind of bugged me. But, hey, if you found a way to be OK with them, good for you, I guess.

What I found most interesting about the interview was when she spoke about auditions. As a natural blond with a heavy accent she was often a source of confusion for casting directors, who wouldn’t know how to place her. She says that when she dyed her hair darker she became the ‘hot Latin girl’, and loved it.

So, there you have it. Sofia Vergara loves her breasts and being the hot Latin girl.
