Britney Spears[HMG Celebrity Gossip] – When a story of Britney Spears allegedly exposing herself to an assistant first surfaced in June, no-one believed it. But the assistant, Fernando Flores has now filed a lawsuit.

Scheduled to be filed in LA’s Superior Court later today the suit obtained by TMZ alleges that Britney made “repeated unwanted sexual advances” toward the 29-year former cop by exposing herself in front of him. One one occasion the suit claims that;

“She walked close by Flores, intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter, bent to retrieve it and thereby exposed herself to him.”  The lawsuit then asserts that, “This incident caused the plaintiff shock and disgust.”

Another scene outlined in the papers describes an alleged event in which Britney summoned Flores to her room, where he found her naked;

“After an awkward silence, Flores asked Spears if she needed anything. After some hesitation, Spears asked the plaintiff to get her two bottles of 7 Up.”

It gets worse; The suit also claims that; “In addition to exposing herself to Flores, Spears engaged in numerous sex acts in front of him.”

Not content with allegations of sexual behavior, Flores also alleges that Britney abused her son, Preston. The lawsuit claims she demanded Flores give her his belt, then walked into the house and “savagely hit the small child.”

On another occasion Britney supposedly fed both her children crab-meat – even though both are severely allergic to fish. When they began to violently vomit, she then allegedly prevented anyone calling 911, yelling “Mind your own f—–g business!”

Sources say Flores later contacted LA’s ‘Department of Children and Family Services’ about this abuse, and after a complete investigation they concluded his claims had no merit.

There has been no response so far from either Spears or her minders, but apart from the massive publicity value we can’t believe she’d ignore this. When a reaction emerges we’ll update you here…
