Michael Lohan officially named as father to unknown daughter and accused of trying to sell Lindsay’s diary

(HMG)- She doesn’t call him daddy, but Life & Style reports that 15-year-old Ashley Horn‘s birth certificate names Michael Lohan as her father!  Back in 1995 as we previously reported, Ashley’s mother Kristi allegedly had an affair with Michael, when he was separated from his wife Dina Lohan. Michael has denied that he is Ashley’s father when they first came forward back in 2008, but claimed he would take a DNA Test. But he apparently failed to show up for a court hearing back in December 2008, so the judge ruled that he could be added to the birth certificate.   Kristi also claims Michael owes $300,000 in child support, and says of her father:

“I do not trust him, and I don’t want to be around him or part of his life. I could never call Michael Lohan Dad.’ A dad is a person who is there for you and takes care of you.

While Ashley has not meet Lindsay, they are apparently of like mind on their father. Lindsay has fired off a scathing and threatening cease and desist letter to her dad, ordering him to stop selling her personal property, RadarOnline reports.

The troubled starlet accuses her father of attempting to sell excerpts of a hand-written diary she wrote while in drug rehabilitation at Cirque Lodge in Utah, in 2007.

The legal letter, dated the day before Lindsay was released from court-ordered rehab, says she had no idea her father had the diary and she did not give him permission to sell or distribute it.  According to Chapman Holley, Michael’s grab for cash is “shameful” and Lindsay is “appalled” at his move.  All of Michael’s posturing in front of the media about wanting to do what’s right for his daughter becomes meaningless when he’s pulling stuff like this behind the scenes.  Sad for Lindsay that enabling mother Dina is the only parent she can turn to.
