Heidi Montag bringing Spencer Pratt holiday heartbreak

(HMG) – I always thought it was Spencer that pulled the strings in his tacky little publicity stunts done with his now soon to be ex-wife Heidi Montag.  It seems that really the main thing that kept these two together was their shared love and drive to be famous, but ten or so cosmetic surgeries later it looks like Heidi has decided she doesn’t need Spencer anymore, not to mention he seems to be crazier then ever.  So Heidi has served Spencer, divorce papers on August 13, which he has obligingly signed and returned, so under law 6 months must now pass before the divorce is final, which pretty much means the two can celebrate their official divorce on on February 14, 2011, i.e. Valentine’s Day. Ironically, Heidi tells TMZ, she formally separated from Spencer on their first wedding anniversary.
