Patricia Arquette and Thomas Jane Heading for Divorce Again

(HMG) – After filing for divorce and working through a separation last year, ‘Medium’ star Patricia Arquette and her ‘Hung’ starring husband Thomas Jane, have decided to get a divorce after all, his rep tells PEOPLE.

“The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter,” says the rep. “They ask that their privacy be respected at this time.”

Arquette, 42, and Jane, 41, married in May 2006 after meeting through mutual friends in 2001. They got engaged in 2002 and in 2003 Patricia gave birth to their daughter Harlow Olivia Calliope. Arquette also has a teenage son, Enzo, from a previous relationship.
