Tara Reid hits bottom again…and keeps digging?

[HMG] – As you may have noticed from the constant press coverage, Lindsay Lohan has just entered rehab. And judging by recent behavior, Tara Reid may not be far behind her.

Just four months ago the 34-year old former ‘Scrubs’ actress was planning a romantic wedding to Internet entrepreneur, Michael Axtmann, and swearing that her days [and nights] of long parties were over. But in April her future husband bailed out, and that seems to have brought on a relapse.

During a recent trip to St. Tropez in southern France, Tara — who claims Carson Daly among her past loves – was spied at several parties, seemingly drunk, staying up until dawn, and as one local reveals, “kissing a whole string of random men.”

One witness describes her behavior during the July 28 weekend as being ‘like an out-of-control college student.’ After one hectic party Tara had to be literally carried to her car, then driven home.

“Tara has been out every night this week,” local resident Lucy Richards tells In Touch. “She’s been at Nikki Beach during the day, drinking red wine; Then she’s out drinking champagne and vodka until 5am.”

Richards also says Tara was “dancing on tables” and trying to find affection with her ex-fiancé — among many others.

“She kissed a girl behind the bar – and almost any man who walked past her,” says a spy.

At another event Tara was seen kissing Dennis Rodman in the VIP room of a club, and acting very drunk.

“This is not a girl who has turned her life around at all,” says another resident, John Baptiste.
