Bristol Palin stunned by Levi Johnston baby news

[HMG] – Some celeb stories are so bizarre you think they just couldn’t get worse. Then they do. And the latest round of the emotional train-wreck that is Levi Johnston and Bristol Palin is one fine example.

We told you yesterday how Bristol found out her recycled fiancée might be the cause of his ex-girlfriend’s baby. Well, friends say Bristol is “heartbroken,” but Levi is not giving up.

“Levi insists the baby isn’t his, but no one really knows for sure,” a source has told Radar.  “Levi is one of three possible fathers who were with Lanesia during the week of conception.”

Read that last sentence again. That’s the ‘worse.’

Bristol, 19, is said to have been crushed by the pregnancy news, and is now rethinking her recent engagement.

But for once Mamma Palin is still strangely quiet. A rep  says no decision has been made on dumping Levi, and that he and Bristol are still talking – but only by text.

Bristol is currently at home in Alaska, but Levi is now in L.A, preparing to shoot a music video with R&B singer, Brittani Senser. The video is for Brittani’s song ‘After Love’ and tells the story of a young couple’s love being blocked by her disapproving mother.

Sounds like a good choice. When he and Bristol got re-engaged a family friend told reporters that Mamma Palin and her husband, Todd, were “not supportive” of the idea…And that’s the polite version.

“To them, Levi has spent the last year and a half trying to hurt Bristol and the family,” the friend said.  “They recognize Bristol’s decision to take Levi back as the ultimate act of forgiveness, but they’re not ready to practice it. They still remember the harsh words and hurtful actions of just a few months ago.”

It’s hard to imagine how this story could deteriorate further, but knowing these two it just might.
