Michael Lohan Sinks to Selling Nude Photos Of ex-Fiance Kate Major?

(HMG) – Perhaps sinking to new lows, ex-con and fame whoring recently accused woman beater Michael Lohan, is hawking nude photos he reportedly snapped of ex-fiancee Kate Major as she slept to the highest bidder. Last week, Major, a 27-year-old former Star Magazine reporter, told police that she and the 50-year-old Lohan argued over a missed cell phone call at the home they shared in Water Mill on Long Island. Major says Lohan knocked her over and kicked her in the face, as well as threatening her. Lohan is due in a New York Southampton courtroom on Aug. 18, facing a harassment charge over the incident. At the time Lohan accused Major of making up the accusation, claiming she was broke and desperate for money.

But now this photo allegedly snapped in April 2010 showing Kate in bed with her breasts exposed and her eyes closed, according to Gawker.com is up for sale, so who is desperate for money?:

“It depicts Kate in bed with her breasts exposed and eyes closed. Her left hand rests against her face, displaying the diamond engagement ring Michael gave to her. It’s one of several that Lohan is hoping to sell, we’ve been told.”

Kate only learned of the photos’ existence after she had Michael arrested on domestic violence charges. She tells Popeater.com in a statement that she’s sickened that a man she once loved would violate her in this way:

“Michael Lohan is a disgusting human being and father. He took these pictures of me when I was asleep and without my knowledge. At the time he was my fiancé. I have just found out about these images today and moving forward my lawyer, William O’Conner, will be handing the legalities of anyone that reproduces them.”
