Foxy Brown arrested again for new neighbor feud

[HMG] – Rapper, FoFoxy Brownxy Brown had another brush with the law yesterday, releasing a expletive-fueled tirade against the same neighbor she attacked with a BlackBerry just three years ago.

Neighbors on St, Mark’s Avenue, a quiet Brooklyn street that is speckled with brownstones say the 30-year-old singer was arrested at 5.40pm, following a unexplained meltdown near the home of Arlene Raymond.

Witnesses told the News that Brown [born 'Inga Marchand'] approached Raymond’s home at about 4pm.

“She was strutting,” said one. “She stuck her butt out, in a kiss-my-butt kind of way, and was doing a lot of screaming.”

And the dialog was priceless;

“B—-, what are you looking at??” Foxy yelled, according to statements. “What the f— you looking at?” she continued, before lifting her skirt and flashing the neighbor.

Raymond then called police. Three black-and-whites attended the scene, and Foxy was secured inside one.

On July 30th, 2007, Brown was charged with ‘Felony Menacing’ after she attacked Raymond with her BlackBerry, cutting her lip and breaking one tooth. This won her a protection order that banned any contact.

Two months later she beat-up two manicurists after an argument over the $20 fee. That won her 8-months in Rikers.

This time she was booked at the 77th Precinct on one count of ‘Criminal Contempt’ [a class-E felony] for violating the order. But Foxy’s manager, Bernadette Brennan says her client’s only real crime was rehearsing too loud;

“Foxy is partially deaf, so she listens to her music loud when she’s rehearsing,” Brennan now claims.

The neighbor’s family, however, have a quite different view;

“Foxy’s a big troublemaker!” Raymond’s mom fumed at reporters. While Foxy’s mom, Judith Marchand, says the feud is just proof that Raymond’s chasing a payoff.

“That’s what the case has been about since the beginning!” she told the scribes.

Raymond herself has declined any comment. The case is ongoing…
