Oksana claims Mel Gibson Threw Her Son Onto a Table at a Party

[HMG] – In today’s gripping episode of the Mel Gibson saga comes the news that his former partner, Oksana Grigorieva is now claiming Mel grabbed her son and violently threw him onto a table. But this time there were witnesses present.

The alleged incident happened at a party last year. Oksana claims Alexander, her 12-year old son from her failed marriage to former James Bond, Timothy Dalton was playfully trying to knock a cigarette out of Mel’s mouth when Mel suddenly exploded in anger and violently threw the boy onto a table.

The event was discussed by the pair back in May while they were working on a custody arrangement for daughter, Lucia, and a financial package for her mother.

For once, there isn’t a tape — but TMZ says when Oksana’s lawyers told Mel’s legal reps of the incident they made some calls and soon found “numerous adults and children” who witnessed the scene – and their version does not match with hers.

The witnesses insist the pair were just ‘clowning around,’ and Mel never made physical contact with Alex — the boy simply fell as he was jumping up and down, trying to grab Mel’s cigarette.

Unlike all the tapes, this event could be crucial – and damning. For once it’s not just ‘he said, she said.’ Now there are multiple credible witnesses who insist the story is false. That weakens Oksana’s overall credibility, and thus all her claims.

And this comes to light at the same time as Radar posted a photo of the couple’s baby, Lucia, showing the bruise allegedly inflicted by Mel when he hit her during a row with Oksana on January 6. Lucia was two-months old at the time. But the bruise is the size of a flea-bite.
