Michael Lohan’s Fiancee Kate Major Files Domestic Violence Report Against Him

(HMG) – More trouble in the Lohan family. While his daughter Lindsay cools her heels in jail, Michael Lohan might be facing some new legal issues himself now. The two time ex-con is accused of physically assaulting his girlfriend, Kate Major, before leaving their residence to attend Lindsay’s sentencing. TMZ says Major, officially filed a report with the Southampton Town Police, claiming Michael got physical during an argument, shoving Major, over a chair, and injuring her shoulder. The report also claims Kate was kicked in the face by Michael after she was knocked down. According to the report, Kate Major sought medical attention at a local hospital and her injuries were documented, which if true is pretty damning evidence. Contacted by TMZ, Michael Lohan admitted that the two argued regarding a new TV show but that he did not physically assault Kate Major, and she is making up the story regarding physical abuse.   Michael says of Kate, “She has no money, no job and she’s been living off of me for the last 8 months … and her dad just cut her off.”  He claims Kate needs money so bad, she would stoop to creating a false story.
