Charlie Sheen’s wife aces stress management course
[HMG] – After one of the ugliest break-ups in recent Hollywood history, Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller is now reshaping her life, and has just finished a stress management program to help her stay sober.
Brooke, 33, completed the 30-day program at an unnamed facility somewhere in L.A. The idea is that by working with staff, including nutritionists and personal trainers she could find drug-free ways to cope with stress.
The less intelligent blogs have been alive with alarmist rumors that Brooke was actually in rehab — again. But her reps are very keen to deny this. Her spokesman, Elliot Mintz has issued a statement, and we present here in its entire and indulgent glory;
“Brooke received professional help in the area of stress management,” he told Radar. “She recognized it would be in her best interest to deal with personal issues involving stress that have the potential for challenging her sobriety. By seeking proper guidance, she will now be able to continue to resist returning to old behaviors.”
If you can eat after that, you deserve an award.
When asked if Brooke and Charlie had made any contact, Mintz wouldn’t say. But he did report that Brooke recently spent time sailing with the former couple’s two children, 16-month old twins Bob and Max.
Charlie, meanwhile, has a new date for his next starring role in a courtroom. He was due to start a 30-day sentence at Pitkin County Jail in Colorado on June 7, but the case was postponed until July 12, and has now been delayed until August 2nd.
Lawyers for both sides are said to be deep in discussions concerning the 44-year old actor’s plea agreement. We’ll let you know what leaks out…

Having many years of managing stress both in myself and in my staff you will see on my website the various solutions I found for handling stress anxiety and
panic in different situations. The best I found over the years was meditation until…
I tried out hypnotism! Unbelievable isn’t it! I can hardly believe it myself that it allowed me to meet any stressful situation with a totally calm mind whether it
was difficult meetings or speaking at conferences in front of hundreds of people.
The previous solutions were ok in dealing with the effects of stress after it had arrived and was affecting me mentally and physically. Hypnosis of course
provides a comfortable shell which prevents the impact of the world outside you causing stressors in you yourself.
I would urge you to try hypnosis out, your life will be transformed, I promise. A well respected firm is shown on my website.
