Mel Gibson now accused of Murder-Suicide pact

(HMG) – In the ongoing soap opera that is the life of Mel Gibson new allegations are now emerging which claim Mel planned to kill his partner, Oksana Grigorieva, their daughter and Oksana’s 12-year old son, then kill himself in a murder-suicide pact.

This latest claim made by Oksana concerns the same night on which Mel allegedly broke two of her teeth — January 6. But strangely it was never mentioned before, or released as a tape.

Oksana now says she attended a basketball game on that day with her 12-year old son, Alexander [whom the family call 'Sascha,'] She also claims Mel was ‘furious’ that she left Lucia at home with the nanny, and jealous of her being near other men.

The nanny apparently saw Mel storming round the house, slamming doors and getting really steamed up, and was so frightened she took the baby and hid in a bedroom — according to Oksana’s statement.

“When Oksana came home Mel began cursing her,” a source close to the investigation tells Radar. “Mel punched her in the mouth, and again in the side of the head,” the source then explained.

This alleged attack knocked her onto the bed, still holding their baby, Lucia. Mel then choked her with his forearm and placed his free hand over her mouth until she was struggling  to breathe.

“Oksana has told authorities it was horrific and she thought she was going to die,” says the snitch.

This supposed assault chipped her front teeth. Oksana claims she begged Mel to stop, but he kept screaming for her to apologize. When he finally released her she tried to leave, but it was then that Mel then pulled out a gun and threatened to kill her, Lucia, Sascha and himself.

Sascha was in the room and witnessed this scene. He would therefore be a crucial witness and was interviewed by Child Protective Services staff last Friday.

For reasons she does not make clear the gun was not used, and Oksana then fled the house with Lucia and Sascha in tow.

Mel is now facing a criminal investigation for domestic battery by the LA County Sheriff’s Department, and is also the focus of an investigation by ‘Children and Family Services.’

But there’s a snag: All the tapes were made without Mel’s prior knowledge. Under California law, if a person isn’t aware they’re being recorded the tape cannot be used in a court – unless what’s recorded relates to a felony.

And that’s not all – Oksana also sent Mel several texts saying she made the tapes because he didn’t keep his part of the deal to ‘support her.’ These can now be used by Mel’s lawyers to prove the tapes were recorded for money — and that makes them legally useless in both the custody case and any criminal trial.
