Jennifer Aniston gets restraining order against dangerous stalker

[HMG] – In a sad illustration of the pitfalls of fame, Jennifer Aniston has just secured a restraining order against a man who was caught near her home, and who police say is both dangerous and mentally ill.

24-year old Jason Peyton was arrested on July 15 near Jennifer’s home in the Hollywood Hills while lying-in-wait, with a sharp object, a bag, duct tape and written messages about her. He’s described by police as “Obsessed, mentally ill and delusional, with a history of violence and criminal stalking.”

Cops told TMZ that Peyton — who believes he’s related to Oprah, Nelson Mandela, Jennifer Lopez, Courteney Cox, Bill Gates, both President Bush’s and Donald Trump — left his Pennsylvania home on June 25, drove clear across the country, then spent 8-days scouring Hollywood to locate and marry Jen.

When he was arrested, cops found messages such as “I Love You, Jennifer Aniston” carved into the car’s paintwork.

The restraining order now requires him to stay 100-yards away from Jennifer’s home, places of work and vehicles, as well as all of her employees and any agents or reps.

Peyton has previously spent time in a psychiatric institution, and was also given anti-psychotic drugs. But police say he gave those up in March. When he left home in June he left a note for his father explaining his plan — and his dad quickly called the police.

Peyton is now being detained in a secure facility under Section 5150 of California’s ‘Welfare and Institutions Code.’ The police and other authorities now have 72-hours to evaluate his condition, and decide his best treatment.

Jennifer, therefore, is at no risk of harm for now…
