Lindsay Lohan Covers German GQ (VIDEO)

(HMG) – Right before Lindsay Lohan preemptively checked into rehab in an attempt to avoid jail time, she did a racy shoot for German GQ, for their August issue.  Unbelievably fortuitous timing for GQ Germany magazine to have set up this shoot with all the publicity Lindsay is generating now.  Below is a behind-the-scenes video of Lohan (NSFW) in a variety of revealing outfit, and even wearing nothing but underpants and a SCRAM hidden inside her Uggs, while she’s strumming a guitar on the beach.  It is probably be the last public appearance  for lindsay, till she does scores her post jail/rehab interview.  If you speak German, the entire piece is available on the German GQ website.
