Sexual harassment case against Steven Seagal dropped

(HMG) – The young woman who accused action film star and lawman, Steven Seagal, of hiring her to be his ‘personal attendant;’ but finding her real job was more like a “geisha girl” to serve his sexual desires, has suddenly dropped the lawsuit. She was suing for more than $1 million, but yesterday, Kayden’s lawyers filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court asking for the case to be dismissed, according to TMZ. Seagal, who served as a fully commissioned deputy with the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana, but was forced to suspend his reality TV show, had denied the claims. There was no reason given for why the suit was dropped but it is possible a settlement was reached.
In the lawsuit then 23-year-old Kayden Nguyen says she was hired by Seagal in February 2009 as an “executive assistant,” but soon learned that “Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian ‘Attendants’ on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
When one of those “Attendants” quit, the suit says, it was made clear that Nguyen was to fill the vacated spot. She claims he treated her as a “sex toy,” tried to fondle her breasts and push his hand down her pants.
Nguyen says on the very first day Seagal allegedly groped her but said: “Relax, we won’t do anything special tonight … I’ll save that for another night.’” She complained first to other employees but nothing was done.
Hours later, the lawsuit says he assaulted her again, this time forcing her to consume “illegal pills” and penetrating her vagina with his hand until she sobbed.
The following morning, when she confronted Seagal herself, he told her there had been a “misunderstanding”; but hours later, he assaulted her a third time, an attack that stopped only when she ran away.
The ordeal suppsedly carried on for several days, and it wasn’t until Feb. 28 — the following Sunday — that she was able to escape the situation.
