Glee producer tries in vain to stop cast from having on set sex

(HMG) – The cast of Glee works hard all day together, and apparently plays hard together at night as well.
One of the show’s creators of the hugely successful cult television program, Ryan Murphy, has revealed, he was forced to issue special guidelines for the series’ young actors after a breach of the on-set rules.
He admitted he often felt like “the dad” on set, but was forced to ban sex in cast trailers, in an attempt to stamp out romances between the young actors spiralling out of control and to maintain discipline.
Murphy told Heat magazine: “I’ve dated people I’ve worked with and, you know, when you work on a set for 18 hours a day I think it’s natural.”
But despite understanding the urges of his young cast, he has a set of guidelines that he believes they must stick to.
He added: “I have a rule: don’t do it in your trailer! They’ve broken that rule on many occasions. I’m like, ‘I know you guys are young and hormonal, but don’t do it in your trailer’.”
He declined to name the actors who had breached the rules but Murphy’s comments come after Jenna Ushkowitz and Kevin McHale, who play Tina Cohen-Chang and Artie Abrams, a wheelchair-bound character, on the show, were photographed at a London nightclub together and frolicking on a beach in Monaco.
