‘The Bachelor’ Jake Pavelka and Vienna Girardi Break Up (Update)

(HMG) – How many people saw this one coming?  ‘The Bachelor’ star Jake Pavelka who went on to perform and do well on Dancing With The Stars has ended the engagement and broken up with the woman he choose Vienna Girardi, bumping the total of failed Bachelor couplings to 13. No reason has come out yet for the split, but it seemed like Karma was working against these two.

Florida fitness consultant Girardi who was public enemy No. 1 among the Bachelor roommates, and the subject of a slew of tabloid rumors about betrayal and plastic surgery prior to The Bachelor final, tearfully accepted Pavelka’s proposal after beating popular finalist Tenley Molzahn.  Born in Orlando, Florida, Vienna a divorcee, was allegedly dating a local guy named Chase Alley while in College, then dumped him and flew to LA the moment she landed the show. Now Chase is facing 25+ years in jail after being caught in the biggest drug bust in Central Florida history.  Jake had his own controversy with an ex-girlfriend Tanya Douglas, claiming he left his relationship with her ‘on hold’ while he filmed the show.

Update: TMZ sources are reporting that it was Jake who ended the relationship with Vienna Girardi over fears she was cheating with Gregory Michael — an actor on the ABC Family show “Greek.” The story had been out that the 2 were flirting at a recent event, and apparently Jake took it to heart. Seems to support most viewers fears that Jake made the wrong choice in the first place.
