Jesse James moving to Austin, Texas to be close to Sandra Bullock

(HMG) – As we previously reported, Jesse James seemed to take responsibility for the breakup of his marriage with Sandra Bullock during his Nightline appearance, but his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder claims Jesse thinks Sandra will still take him back.   Hard to know if that is true, but now James’s lawyer admits about his client:

“He intends to move at the end of the month, he’s got a need to be there,”  John Schilling  tells People magazine, where the actress happens to have a house as well.

James tells TMZ his “first and foremost” reason for moving is because his kids love Bullock. When asked about his own future relationship with the Oscar winner, James reportedly said, “Whatever happens, happens.”

As for his career, James will reportedly work full-time in Austin, where he also plans to open a new Cisco Burger, spinning off the restaurant he owns in Long Beach, CA. The ‘Monster Garage’ host also owns a custom car business called Austin Speed Shop in Austin. According to TMZ, he will still work part-time in California.
