Warren Beatty’s daughter plans transition to manhood

[HMG] – When Cher’s former daughter, Chastity Bono transformed herself into a man back in May, some folk were shocked. But the daughter of Warren Beatty and Annette Bening is now following his lead.

Kathlyn Beatty, 17, now calls herself ‘Stephen Ira,’ dresses only in men’s clothing and attends college as a male student. And her decision to transform has left the 73-year old actor and Hollywood legend “heartbroken” and “grief-stricken” according to sources.

“Warren is beside himself over the situation,’ a source tells the Enquirer. ‘He and Annette tried to deal with this when their daughter was younger, but she’s repeatedly told them that once she turns 18 she will take matters into her own hands.’

Warren and Annette — who met while filming the 1991 drama, ‘Bugsy’ have four children all-told: Kathlyn, Benjamin, 16, Isabel, 13 and Ella, 10. And Annette was also upset by their eldest daughter’s shock news.

“Annette still remains very close to Kathlyn. And while Warren loves his daughter and will never turn his back on her. this is crushing him.”

Kathlyn’s birthday is January 8th, so you can expect to hear far more of this story as the big day approaches…
