Jeremy London’s kidnap claims have family concerned

[HMG] – Yesterday we reported how ‘Party of Five’ actor, Jeremy London was allegedly kidnapped and forced to smoke dope. Now even his own family are upset by the claims.

In April, the 37-year old actor told E News he’d beaten a long-running addiction to prescription pills and had been clean for more than six months. But his brother, Jason, and mother, Debbie Neilsen are worried that is not the whole case.

“There have been times we’ve had hope he’s remained clean,” Jason says. “Now we’re very concerned for him. This is his family’s cry for help.”

Meanwhile, Debbie, who already had to bury Jeremy’s sister, Dedra who died in a 1992 car wreck when she was only sixteen, is afraid she may need to do the same thing if Jeremy doesn’t shape up.

“I don’t want him to be another statistic,” she told the reporters. “I don’t want to bury another child.”

Brandon Adams, 26, has since been arrested on suspicion of being involved in the alleged ordeal, and pleaded ‘not guilty’ on Tuesday to five felony counts – Kidnapping, robbery, possession of stolen property, vehicle theft and carjacking.

Meantime, Jeremy’s family are praying he uses this chance to get the help he so clearly needs.

“We love Jeremy very much,” Jason says. “But he’s lost. You’re almost 40 — grow up! Learn from the mistakes you’ve made.”

Mr. Adams is now being held on $500,000 bail, and is due back in court on June 24th. We’ll update you when the story proceeds…
