Tiger Woods sinks Devon James’ claim, to reunite with kids and maybe Elin for a bit

[HMG] – Having recently endured the unwelcome attentions of porn-star, Devon James, who falsely claimed he had fathered her son, Tiger Woods now has more problems to face — his wife, Elin Nordegren is back in town.

After visiting her brother in China the 30-year old former model has returned to her home in Orlando, and is now mulling a meeting with Tiger.

The couple’s daughter, Sam Alexis, has her 3rd birthday on Friday and Tiger — who is currently playing in the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach, California -  does not want to miss out. So Elin is deciding whether to fly there with Sam and their son, Charlie Axel or just get one of her nannies to handle the trip.

“She hasn’t decided yet,” a source told Radar. “It’s not like she’s dying to see Tiger. But she doesn’t want to keep Sam away from him on her birthday, either.”

The estranged couple have lived separate lives since the news of Tiger’s affairs broke in November. He since entered rehab to treat this addiction, and Elin helped. But she also moved out of their home, and the connection between them is now icy-cold.

“They barely speak,” says the source “She used to drop the children off at his house and talk to him. Now she has the nanny take the kids.”

And her distance from Tiger is growing — Before the China trip she flew the children to see her parents in Sweden. She also attended a tennis tournament in South Florida, spent a weekend in Palm Beach on the couple’s yacht and flew to Arizona for almost a week.

And on each of these outings, Tiger was nowhere in sight. Both sides have since hired divorce lawyers, but no papers have yet been filed.

On the Devon James story, a DNA test performed in 2002 proves Tiger has no connection whatever to her 9-year old son, so her dreams of riches are now dust in the wind. A source says this latest claim is just part of “an ongoing child support battle.”
