Jodie Foster(HMG) – A 17-year-old boy has filed a police report accusing Jodie Foster of battery, Radaronline.com reports.

According to a police report, the incident happened May 29 when the boy tried to photograph Foster, who carefully guards her privacy.

The incident happened on May 29 at The Grove outdoor mall, where Foster was seeing a film with her two young sons, Charles, 11, and eight-year-old Christopher.

The alleged victim’s father, who did not want to be named, said that Foster attacked his 17-year-old son in the shopping center’s car lot.

He said: ‘My son was with his girlfriend and they were going to see a movie. He saw Jodie Foster and is a big fan so went over and took a picture of her.’

The father said that Foster then ‘pushed and shoved him leaving scratches and bruises on his arm.’ The father also contends that Foster’s behavior horrified her sons.

But Foster, 47, has spoken out against the allegations, with her spokesperson telling People Magazine, that the teenager was a paparazzo.

“This guy was most definitely a professional paparazzo.  He had a large camera bag and 1000mm telephoto lens. He tailed Jodie and followed her all the way from the movie theater to the valet.”

Foster also refutes this was just someone taking a quick photo, saying the teenager had been following her for a while. “He crowded her and her two young children and took photos of them the whole time,” says the rep… “This guy’s behavior was completely inappropriate,” says the rep, “and the police report is a fabrication of the incident.”

Still Foster did not deny attacking the teen so there still could be a case regardless of whether the kid behaved appropriately.
