Warrant’s Jani Lane get’s no hot cherry pie, just another DUI

(HMG) – Warrant’s Jani Lane got his second DUI arrest of the year last night.  The singer was pulled over by the same cop that busted him in the same area last year for DUI, and is currently being processed in Woodland Hills on suspicion of DUI.  In the previous incident, the rocker  hit a parked car.  He pleaded no contest to misdemeanor DUI a month later, and was put on probation for three years.

This time Lane reportedly hit a parked car (again) and his own car is pretty mangled, but there were no injuries reported. Officers on scene issued him a field sobriety and TMZ is reporting that Lane blew twice the state’s legal limit of .08 and was arrested.  Lane appeared on the 2005 season of VH1′s ‘Celebrity Fit Club, and seems destined for Celebrity rehab next?
