David Boreanaz admits adultery, claims extortion
[HMG] – In what has all the ingredients to be the Tiger Woods saga all over again, Bones star, David Boreanaz is now facing further fallout from Gloria Allred and her anonymous client over David’s alleged extra-marital affair.
We reported yesterday that Allred contacted David’s lawyer, the rightly feared legal pit-bull Marty Singer and tried to shake David down for six figures to gain her client’s silence.
Mr. Singer tried contacting the mistress — whose name is unknown — and soon got a call from Ms Allred, who made it clear the invoice was due.
“We discussed the possible resolution of my client’s legal claims against Mr. Boreanaz by mediation,” Allred now claims.
Mr. Singer says those ‘claims’ are that Boreanaz promised the mistress she was ‘exclusive,’ but the unnamed consort already knew he was married. They dated two or three times and Dave gave her money, but she wanted more and threatened a press binge if the cash didn’t come.
David didn’t care much for extortion so he confessed to the press and Allred’s case sprang a leak. Now she’s looking for blood.
“My client has not told her story to the press,” she fumed. “But now that Mr. Boreanaz is attacking her she has decided to tell the story of their relationship, so that the truth will come out.”
How can you ‘attack’ someone when they don’t have a name?
Mr. Singer, however, doesn’t even vaguely see it Gloria’s way.
“On April 23 the woman left a very threatening message that she was going to the media, and that my client had not given her enough money,” he tells TMZ. “I left a message for her because of the extortionist threat she left my client. On Monday, I got a call from Gloria Allred who told me the woman was looking for at least six figures.”
The one player in this whole sordid shake-down who has so far been silent is David’s wife, Jaime Bergman. If she moves to Sweden and takes their 8-year old son Jaden, and daughter Bardot, who’s 8-months this could really go sour.

I read that Dave was involved with Rachel (Uterus) Uchitel for months last year while his wife was pregnant. After that Uchitel (Uterus) became involved with Tiger Woods. Tiger may have known about Uchitel’s affair with Boreanaz, as one of his alleged erotic fantasies involved Uchitel having sex with Boreanaz and Derek Jeter at the same time. Woods reportedly wrote on a text message to Rachel, “I came home, and there you were in the bedroom getting f–ked by Derek and David. Some part of me thinks you would like that.” I would not be surprised if Uchi-Uterus is the one trying to break Boreanaz marriage for revenge and asking for money to keep silent since this is what she already did with Tiger!!!!!
Star Magazine actually broke the story months ago about Dave’s affair with Rachel first. And the Jeter threesome story came from US Weekly, who also said that Uchitel, has also bedded Ryan Seacrest, but I guess he didn’t make it into the dream sequence.
