WWE star, Chyna accused of vicious assault

[HMG] – The stars of WWE are all highly physical while in the ring, but a close friend says one former star, Chyna launched a private grudge match against her in a California hotel.

The alleged victim, Gabriela Targos claims the 5’10″, 185lb wrestler called her on Saturday morning and invited the long-time friend to hang out at a local hotel in Sherman Oaks.

But when she arrived, Chyna apparently went postal and began attacking her friend for no valid reason.

Ms.Targos claims 39-year old Chyna [real name, Joan Laurer] punched her, dragged her round the room by her hair, then beat her with a wire hanger and even threatened to kill her.

Gabriela told TMZ she somehow escaped from the onslaught, ran down the street, found two police officers who were enjoying some dinner, and made an official report.

LAPD detectives, who are exploring the basis for charging  Chyna with battery had another meeting with Gabriela yesterday. They won’t release details and have declined any statement, but so far no arrests have been made…
