Sandra Bullock ‘dumbfounded’ by Jesse James’ Nazi pose

Sandra Bullock[HMG] – In a reprise of our earlier story on the marital meltdown between Jesse James and current wife, Sandra Bullock, it seems the actress will truly be on her own once the divorce is decided — There’s no alimony fallback on either side.

Sandra filed the petition on April 23 in the Travis County Court in Austin, Texas, using her initials spelled backwards — BAS – to try and fool the paparazzi. [Sandra's middle name is Annette] It didn’t work.

[Sandra now lives mostly in Texas, and Jesse has agreed to abide by their laws.]

The court papers say the divorce is required because; “The marriage has become unsupportable due to discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marriage, and prevents any expectations of reconciliation.”

The papers don’t mention adultery, but the mistress situation was not the sole cause for Sandra’s acts – She also says she was ‘dumbfounded’ when she  saw the photo of Jesse giving the Nazi salute.

“That shocked me,” she’s now told reporters. “This is not the man I married. This was stupid, this was ignorant. Racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, homophobia…anything Nazi have no place in my life. And the man I married felt the same.”

The good news is a Texas divorce is much swifter than any California suit — the average time for completion is just 60 days. But Texas law requires a couple to be married for ten years before either side can claim ‘spousal support.’

Sandra and Jesse got married on July 16 of 2005.

There’s no proof of a prenup, but community property’s a different thing — TMZ says this is a ‘no fault’ divorce and does not claim adultery as the cause, but any property will shared 50/50.

So Sandra should be officially single sometime in June. And you can expect a lot more activity from Jesse’s ex-friends when the press starts to swarm around that event…
