Bret Michaels in Critical Condition After Suffering Massive Brain Hemorrhage

(HMG) – Bret Michaels, who very recently underwent emergency surgery to remove his appendix an April 12, is back in the hospital and it sounds serious. The Poison frontman is in critical condition at an undisclosed hospital after suffering a massive brain hemorrhage (bleeding at the base of his brain stem).  Michaels, 47, was suffering from an excruciating headache last night, reports People.com, and was rushed to the hospital.  “After several CAT scans, MRIs and an angiogram, [doctors] decided to keep Michaels in the ICU and are running several tests to determine the cause. It “will be touch and go for the next few days while he is under intense observation,” an anonymous source tells People.
