Jennifer Lopez’s desperate ex using legal ploy to publicly auction their racy home videos for revenge

j-lo-ojani-noa(HMG) – We have heard these threats before. But Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband is sounding extra desperate these days. Ojani Noa was married to JLo for less than a year in the late 1990s but has 11 hours of home video that he has been trying to use for a commercial project about his life with the star, plus hundreds of unseen and ‘racy’ candid still photos.

Now in what’s likely a legal gambit, claims he’s “depressed” and had enough of J.Lo’s spousal abuse after their breakup and he will publicly auction their racy home videos and photos for revenge after he files for bankruptcy.

Ed Meyer, Noa’s business partner, told RadarOnline that Noah has “grown depressed over Jennifer Lopez’s poking fun at marriage (including their previous marriage) to promote her new movie The Back-up Plan. Ojani feels he has suffered (and is still suffering) ‘spousal abuse’ from JLo.”

Noa and Meyer have been in a long-running legal battle with Lopez, but court rulings have prevented them from releasing or selling the tapes. Lopez says Noa signed a contract agreeing not to distribute nor sell the videos during previous settlements. Now Meyer tells RadarOnline that Noah is going to file for bankruptcy and when he does the home video, unseen and ‘racy’ candid still photos of JLo, and Ojani’s tell-all book manuscript about his ex will go to public bankruptcy auction, to the highest bidder. As I mentioned above, it’s a very desperate legal gambit, and between JLo’s highly capable legal team and the courts I doubt this ploy works.
