Isla Fisher expecting second child as husband Sacha Baron Cohen closing in on ‘Walter Mitty’ role

(HMG) – Newlyweds Sacha Baron Cohen and Isla Fisher appear to be pregnant with baby #2!  The couple, who already have a two-year daughter named Olive together, said “I Do” in a small private ceremony in Paris last month in front of close friends and family members.  Reports of a pregnancy started after Isla was repeatedly photographed sporting a bulging belly. I have seen the photos, which we are working on getting, and trust me the “Confessions of a Shopaholic” actress is pregnant again or has a fondness for hiding watermelons under her dress.

Meanwhile husband Sacha is reportedly in talks to star in a remake of The Secret Life Of Walter Mitty. The Bruno star has been offered the part of the of the mild-mannered fantasist, according to movie blog Pajiba.com, in a remake of the iconic 1947 film starring Danny Kaye.

The remake has been in the pipeline since 1994, with  Jim Carrey originally attached, before he dropped out with Owen Wilson expected to take on the part and ‘Austin Powers’ actor Mike Myers most recently connected to the project.

The rights to the film – based on James Thurber’s literary character – have also changed hands several times, originally being a Paramount project and currently owned by 20th Century Fox, who are said to have approached Baron Cohen with the role.

Peter Morgan is said to be writing the latest script, which will see Walter transformed into a meek store manager with dreams of being a hero.
