Man Claims To Be Oprah Winfrey’s Long Lost Father

(HMG) – Where is Maury Povich, when you need him?  An elderly ailing US Navy veteran living in a rural Virginia VA hospital, claims he is the long-lost father of the world’s richest talk show host, Oprah Winfrey. Speaking from a hospital bed, 84-year-old Norh Robinson says Oprah won’t admit that she is his biological daughter.  The National Enquirer first identified Robinson in 2003.  The World War II veteran says he sent the queen of talk a letter years ago, asking her to participate in a DNA test. “I never got no answer,” Robinson told a reporter for the New York Post.  In the letter, he placed mementos from his life, including his Social Security number and a picture of him from the Navy in World War II.  Robinson, a dirt-poor Mississippi farmer, says he doesn’t want money—just a phone call. Winfrey was raised by her mother Vernita Lee and Lee’s boyfriend Vernon Winfrey. She has said that she doesn’t know who her biological father is.
