(HMG) – Recently Heidi Montag debuted her post-surgery body and face in a barely-there self-designed bikini, hosting the grand opening of the Liquid Pool at Aria in Las Vegas. Heidi posed for photos under the watchful eyes of her husband Spencer Pratt, and no doubt her newly-altered sculpted body makes her look more like a Barbi Doll, albeit an over inflated at the top one.  In case you’re thinking about copying what Heidi has done consider that the 23-year-old Hills star — whose breasts are now a size “E” or “F” and legally cannot undergo any more surgery, faces a slew of post-surgery woes according to experts.  US magazine rounded up a team of experts on plastic surgeons to weigh in what the future holds for Heidi’s health, after the dramatic changes she has made.  Dr. Mark Berman, president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, says the second nose job could have ”the most potential consequences.”  He tells Us that Montag may lose the ability to breathe through her nose if her nostrils have been “narrowed too much.” (Her only major non-threatening surgery? Her back scooping — which, according to Dr. Berman, refers to “liposuction around the hips and flanks to narrow the waist.” ”Since only fat would be removed, other than the general discomfort from the initial healing phase.

And then there are the huge breast implants, which Dr. Lyle M. Back, who runs a Cosmetic Surgery Center in New Jersey, thinks are going to weigh heavily on Heidi’s health: “The excessive weight of the implants in these extreme augmentations almost always leads to chronic lower back pain and significant drooping of the breasts,”  “Often, the entire balance of the spine can be thrown off, resulting in chronic neck strain, painful shoulders and even a stooping posture.”

San Francisco plastic surgeon Dr. Joel Beck adds, “the implants will thin the [skin] tissues and require a breast lift.”

The implants are so oversized, they could even “erode through the skin and be exposed, mandating [their] removal.”

Dr. Larry Fan, a Harvard-trained leader in aesthetic plastic surgery like many, is most worried though about what’s going on between Heidi’s ears: “It’s just not emotionally healthy to want to change so many things about your appearance at all once. I am most concerned about Heidi’s emotional health and sense of body image.”
