Gwyneth Paltrow admits vengeful nature, Madonna feud

[HMG] – On screen, the divine Gwyneth Paltrow exudes an air of peace and tranquility, but in a new interview in the British version of Vogue this vision of stillness reveals she can be quite a bitch;

“Oh yes, I can be mean. I can cave in to gossip, and I definitely harbor revenge,” she told the UK’s Telegraph. “I’ll wake up and think, ‘Ugh, I feel terrible,’ and suddenly realize why – I’m holding on to so much hate.”

Gwyneth admits the few ill-advised beings who cross her inspire feelings of hatred and a lust for revenge; And fame doesn’t save you, as she reveals;

“I’m having a situation right now with a friend where I’m feeling pretty angry. But revenge is corrosive and it doesn’t make me feel good,” she told the scribes.

That ‘friend’ is Madonna, who employed Gwyneth’s business partner, Tracy Anderson as a personal trainer.

“It’s good that she doesn’t train Madonna anymore,” Gwyneth admits. “She keeps people waiting – it takes up your whole day,” Gwyn explained.

Married to Chris Martin from Coldplay since 2003, Gwyneth now plans to add Yoga to her resume, opening a studio with Tracy in London later this year. The 37-year old actress even credits Tracy with helping her lose 20lbs since the birth of her son, Moses on April 8th of 2006.

“I had to work hard to get like this, but it’s so great because I can just enjoy life; How big a relief is that??” she says. “I can eat what I want, as long as I exercise; Which is just as well, because if I even hear the word’ diet’ I gain ten pounds.”

And just to keep us confused, this Oscar winning actress / fitness guru is also releasing a cookbook, filled with her favorite,  waist-friendly fare such as pizza and ice-cream floats.

“That’s partly because I have this whole other passion, which is home-making. I always have done. As silly as that sounds – it’s not 1955, after all – it’s really important to me, sitting round a table as a family.”
