Michael Jackson was alive at UCLA, claims Conrad Murray

DrConradMurray[1][HMG] – With the wrongful death suit against Michael Jackson’s physician, Conrad Murray due to start soon the two sides are now using the media to plead their own sides.

Reports from TMZ say doctors at the UCLA Medical Center ran two EKG tests on the night of June 25 when Michael was rushed there, and found a faint heartbeat.

Meanwhile, Doctor Murray claims he restarted Jackson’s heart via CPR before the paramedics arrived, and even maintained it during the ambulance ride.

But despite vigorous efforts for over two hours, the singer was pronounced dead at 2.26pm local time.

An autopsy revealed the 50-year old singer’s body contained levels of Propofol beyond even those needed for major surgery. The LA County Coroner later concluded that Jackson’s death was due to “Acute Propofol intoxication.”

California’s Attorney General, Jerry Brown is now working to suspend Dr. Murray’s medical license, which will then be revoked if he’s found guilty.

And the Doctor’s problems are not over — Michael’s father, Joe Jackson is filing a ‘wrongful death’ lawsuit against him, alleging that he caused Michael’s death by delaying the 911 call

“The bottom line is, had paramedics been called right away he could have been revived,” says Joe’s attorney, Brian Oxman.

Mr. Oxman says records show Michael was, “long gone – 20 to 40 minutes before paramedics got there.”

A report due to be used in the trial claims Dr. Murray delayed the call, and even stopped resuscitation on his world-famous client so he could hide all the Propofol bottles.

Dr. Murray stands charged with ‘involuntary manslaughter,’ and is currently free on $75,000 bail. His next appearance in court is due on April 5th…
