Jesse James Called a “Chronic Cheater” and “an Evil, Brutal, Terrible Person”
(HMG) – With rumors swirling that Sandra Bullock‘s marriage to Jesse James might be over after the cheating scandal, involving Michelle “Bombshell” McGee who claims an 11-month affair with Jesse. There are those that are encouraging Sandra to run and not walk away from Jesse, who they describe as a serial cheater or worse. James ex-wife Janine Lindemulder, the tattooed former porn star mother of his daughter Sunny, tells the new issue of In Touch he is a “chronic cheater.” In the exclusive interview with In Touch, Lindemulder describes, in her opinion, an immature, selfish man who has never been faithful to any woman he’s been with — including Sandra.
“He’s a chronic cheater,” Janine claims to In Touch. “I feel sorry for Sandra because she was so in love with Jesse that she was blind and gullible. She once said, ‘I finally have a man who has my back.’ And all I could think was, ‘No. You have this man who does it behind your back.’”
Mind you Lindemulder who is currently in a half-way house in Oregon, may have an axe to grind after losing custody of her child to Jesse and Sandra. But then you have Deann McClung, who worked for Jesse James at West Coast Choppers in Long Beach, California and said he forced her to have sex with him, and described him as “an evil, brutal, terrible person.” McClung worked for James for 10 months from 1999 to 2000, when he was dating Bullock, and sued him for sexual assault, battery and wrongful termination. The case was settled out of court in 2001, but in 2005 McClung spoke to a reporter and gave a blistering account of her time with James.
“Jesse James forced me to have sex with him,” she said in the interview. “He forced me to have sex, kidnapped me, locked me up and threatened me. He ruined my life.”
In court papers she said he sexually harassed her and other workers and that she told him she was not interested. In October 1999 James offered to drive her home, McClung said. Then he pulled over next to the Queen Mary and forced her to perform oral sex on him, she told the reporter. McGee says that she and James had sex on the Queen Mary.
“There was nothing I could do,” McClung told the reporter. “He told me, ‘You wanted this. You know you had it out for me for months.’” She says he then threatened her not to go to the police and locked her in his business, West Coast Choppers, overnight.
She says she was afraid to call police because she believed James was friends with many officers. She described another incident where James tried to force her to have sex but was interrupted when a police car drove up behind the car they were in.
McClung was fired by James in 2000. She charged in court papers: “It was clear to the plaintiff that she was being terminated because of her refusal to give in to James’ further sexual advances.”
James charged that McClung was an embezzler. But, as she notes, he never filed a police report and she says that charge was invented to discredit her.
Update: TMZ reports what looks like a different woman settled a sexual harassment lawsuit against Jesse James and West Coast Choppers for more than $700,000 in 2007, while he was married to Sandra Bullock, according to documents they uncovered.
The woman claimed between 2006 – 2007, Jesse James repeatedly made sexual advances, which allegedly included sexual acts. The woman kept several suggestive emails from Jesse. In one email in 2007, which is included in the file, Jesse wrote to the woman, “Need anything before I split?” She responded, “Some Tums.” Jesse replied, “I have some special fluid that you can drink and it makes it all better ….”
And, she claims after an oral encounter with Jesse, she kept a telltale Clintonesque T-shirt.
The woman a former high level, female executive with West Coast Choppers, quit in 2007 and hired Gloria Allred’s law firm to represent her. No lawsuit was ever filed, but on September 27, 2007, the matter settled for $725,000.
