Leaked evidence reveals key witness testimony against Dr. Conrad Murray in death of Michael Jackson
(HMG) – The defense team for Dr. Conrad Murray who is accused of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson is still receiving disclosure documents from prosecutors. But meanwhile key evidence to the prosecutions case is still being leaked out to the media as has been the case long before Dr. Murray was arrested. Documents obtained by The Associated Press seem to support the rumored assertion that Dr. Murray halted CPR on the dying pop star and delayed calling paramedics so he could collect drug paraphernalia at the scene.
Alberto Alvarez, Jackson’s logistics director, was summoned to the stricken star’s side as he was dying on June 25, and witnessed Dr. Murray’s behavior according to the documents.  His statement and those from two other Jackson employees, personal assistant Michael Amir Williams and driver/bodyguard Faheem Muhammad, also obtained by the AP paint a grisly scene in Jackson’s bedroom.
Alvarez told investigators that he rushed to Jackson’s room and saw the star lying in his bed, an IV attached to his leg. Jackson’s mouth was agape, eyes open and there was no sign of life. Murray worked frantically, at one point performing mouth-to-mouth resuscitation while Alvarez took over CPR.
Sadly while this drama played out, two of the star’s children, Prince and Paris, came in the room and cried as they saw Murray trying to save their father. A nanny was called to usher them away and they were taken to wait outside in a vehicle.
According to Alvarez, Dr. Murray took several vials and told Alvarez to put them in a plastic bag, then told Alvarez to put the plastic bag in a canvas bag. Alvarez also says Dr. Murray told him to remove the IV that contained a white milky substance (Propofol has this quality) in another canvas bag. Alvarez didn’t say where the bags went.
The report says, after Jackson was pronounced dead at UCLA Medical Center, Murray said he needed to go back to the mansion to get cream Jackson had “so the world wouldn’t find out about it.” The statement did not get more specific. Dr. Murray’s defense say the doctor didn’t hide anything and noted Alvarez was interviewed twice by police and gave different accounts of what happened in Jackson’s bedroom. During the first interview, Alvarez made no mention of being told to clean up any medical paraphernalia.

Jane Velez-Mitchell will be talking about Michael Jackson and drugs tonight on her show “Issues.” She also knows all about addiction because she is a recovering alcoholic.
I hope the truth comes out. I really want to know what happened to MJ. I’m actually looking forward to seeing “Gone Too Soon”, the new documentary on Michael Jackson’s final days. I hope it reveals the truth.
