Jesse James Former Wife Seizes Situation For New Attempt at Custody of Daughter

[HMG] – The fall-out to Jesse James’ alleged affair behind the back of his wife Sandra Bullock has already had many catastrophic consequences.  Beside Sandra leaving for now and the endless negative publicity, it looks like the James ex-wife, is seizing the opportunity and preparing a legal ploy to regain custody of the pair’s daughter.  TMZ is reporting that Janine Lindemulder has filed legal papers in the ongoing custody case regarding six-year-old Sunny.

James was granted full custody of Sunny after Lindemulder, a former porn actress, was convicted and jailed for tax evasion last year. She currently lives in an Oregon halfway house.   Bullock who moved out of the couple’s home a week ago, just as reports of her husband’s infidelity hit tabloids, has embraced her role as step-mother to her husband’s three children and was seen by the court as a “stabilizing family influence. But with the apparent separation, Lindemulder will ask a judge to reconsider, and has a court date set for June 14.
