Octomom Nadya Suleman facing eviction from home in mortgage dispute

[HMG] – After a torrent of self-publicity that would make even Lindsay Lohan think twice it seems the Octomom, Nadya Suleman is facing a very bleak future — She’s on the brink of losing her home.

The 34-year old multiple mommy bought the $500,000 house in La Habra, a small town of less than 60,000 people in California’s Orange County in March of last year. The seller, Amer Haddadin then transferred the title to the house to Nadya’s father. In return Octomom had to pay $4,139 a month for a year, then a so-called ‘Balloon Payment’ of $450,000 that was due on March 10th.

So far she’s been late on three of the payments, missed one more altogether, and the Balloon is now more than a week overdue.

Amer tells TMZ he’s “tried to handle this in a gentlemanly way,” but now sees no choice but to begin a foreclosure and put Nadya and her brood of fourteen on the street.

“What they are doing is not right, and I’m going to take them to court,” he told reporters. “They are not cooperating with me.”

Nadya could not be reached for a comment, and her parents filed bankruptcy last year, so they can’t bail her out. But her spokesman has since released a statement saying the financial dispute is really between Amer and her father.

“She may be the victim in all this,” Michael Furntey says in the release.

Unless a dashing, brave knight on an Arabian stallion comes into her life with a check – really quick – the multiplex mommy is in a mess. Anyone got a suggestion as to what she can do now?…

Update: Octomom Nadya Suleman has until the end of business next Tuesday to either pay more than $450,000 for her house, or she’ll be on the receiving end of a foreclosure lawsuit.
